The true taste of Tuscany
in Valaská
We opened Cafe Maestro in 2014 as the first café and at the same time the first pizzeria in Valaská.
Our passion for good food took us all the way to Tuscany, where we source the ingredients that form the base of every pizza we make. We let the dough mature slowly, fire the oven to full heat, and the rest is craft and patience.
We haven't forgotten more sensitive stomachs either – gluten-free preparation is available.

Ingredients from Italy
Pomodoro, mozzarella, parmesan, prosciutto and Italian salami all come straight from Tuscany. Nothing cheaper, nothing substituted.

Gluten-free option
Any pizza on our menu can be made on low-gluten dough – for a 4.20 € surcharge.

Local delivery
Valaská, Brezno, Podbrezová, Hronec and other villages. To selected villages delivery is completely free.
